Sustainability Manager

Manage and elevate venue sustainability efforts by leading both people and processes to meet 2026 resource recovery and zero-waste targets. Oversee recycling, composting, reuse, and donation material sorting, track and report performance metrics using Microsoft Office tools, and collaborate with venue leaders and the National Sustainability Team to design actionable zero-waste plans. Hire, train, and schedule crew members, manage waste hauler relationships, and support a sustainability-focused venue culture.
