Job Summary

Assist loan officers with commercial lending workflow, including gathering customer information and documentation for credit analysis and underwriting. Prepare and maintain accurate loan documentation and credit files, support data entry into spreadsheets and bank systems, and help coordinate loan closings by verifying signatures, dates, and closing statement accuracy. Handle draw request documentation, respond to loan processing and servicing inquiries, and complete required BSA/AML and compliance training.

Key Responsibilities

•Work with loan officers, customers, and others to obtain required information and documentation for analyzing commercial credit requests.
•Coordinate with Loan Operations staff to ensure efficient, accurate preparation of loan documentation and maintain loan files for assigned areas.
•Enter data into spreadsheets, analytical software, and bank data systems; prepare and proofread loan documents for accuracy.
•May prepare lien perfection documents and loan exhibits, and assist with draw requests documentation.
•Coordinate loan closings and verify proper signatures, authorities, dates, and accuracy of closing statements; answer phone and written inquiries and review document exception reports.

Key Requirements

•Broad knowledge across accounting, business administration, and finance, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
•4 years related experience and/or training, plus equivalent experience (including 7 to 11 months related management experience as described).
•Ability to read, analyze, and understand business/company materials and communicate effectively with customers or employees.
•Ability to calculate financial figures (e.g., interest, percentages) and apply quantitative concepts to practical situations.
•Ability to complete required BSA/AML training and other compliance training as assigned.
