Key Responsibilities

  • •Oversee daily operations across multiple restaurant outlets to ensure smooth execution.
  • •Drive sales growth, profitability, and operational efficiency across branches.
  • •Ensure consistent brand standards, service quality, and compliance with food safety regulations.
  • •Lead, mentor, and develop Store Managers and outlet teams to achieve performance targets.
  • •Monitor KPIs (sales, labor cost, food cost, waste control, customer satisfaction) and conduct site visits/audits; manage escalations and report to senior management.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field.

  • •Excellent leadership, communication, and team management skills in a fast-paced environment.
