Key Requirements

  • •Bachelors/Masters in Engineering.
  • •Minimum 7+ years of SoC/IP verification experience using SV/UVM, including proficiency with AI tools and methodologies.
  • •Strong understanding of test controller, MBIST, and DFT architecture.
  • •Proven experience enabling ATE/functional CHAZ vectors in silicon/wafers with debug experience.
  • •Experience with scripting languages such as Python, Perl, or TCL and strong constrained-random testing and debugging skills.
