•Lead large-scale SDLC transformation engagements for leading financial services clients, from strategy through execution.
•Build trusted relationships with C-suite and senior technology stakeholders, providing strategic advice on engineering transformation and delivery excellence.
•Drive business development by identifying opportunities, developing proposals, and supporting sales pursuits across Technology & Engineering.
•Lead and develop multidisciplinary consulting teams to foster collaboration, professional growth, and delivery excellence.
•Shape Capco’s market offerings through thought leadership, methodologies, and innovative solutions aligned to client needs.

Key Requirements

•10 or more years of experience in consulting, software engineering transformation, or technology delivery, including substantial experience advising financial services organizations.
•Proven record leading enterprise SDLC and software engineering transformation, including application modernization, DevSecOps, quality engineering, developer experience transformation, and enterprise AI transformation programmes.
•Experience defining or delivering enterprise AI, GenAI, intelligent automation, and Spec-Driven Development (SDD) strategies across the SDLC.
•Experience working in regulated technology environments, including technology risk, cybersecurity, data privacy, AI governance, and operational resilience.
•Strong executive communication and leadership skills, including managing multidisciplinary teams and connecting business strategy to engineering execution.
