Key Responsibilities

  • •Identify high-value customer and developer problems and define product strategy and roadmaps for strategic product areas within the Enterprise AI Platform.
  • •Own the end-to-end product lifecycle, from discovery and product definition through launch, adoption, measurement, and continuous improvement.
  • •Structure problems, form and test hypotheses, and quantify and validate product opportunities.
  • •Translate recurring customer and FDE needs into reusable capabilities, aligning cross-functional partners around priorities and trade-offs.
  • •Define success metrics and value-realization measures using product data, experimentation, and customer evidence to drive continuous improvement.

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years of product management experience building enterprise software/platforms, developer products, or AI/ML and Generative AI products, from concept through launch and iteration.
  • •Strong analytical and product judgment to structure customer problems, test hypotheses, and convert evidence into product decisions and measurable outcomes.
  • •Strong understanding of AI/ML and Generative AI products, technologies, and application architectures, with the technical fluency to partner effectively with Engineering and Data Science.
  • •Ability to translate customer needs into scalable products and capabilities with technical and cross-functional teams.
