Key Responsibilities

•Ensure daily Core & Support Activities are completed on time and in full, including unloading containers, receiving, picking, staging, shipping, special orders, and quality control.
•Propose and lead initiatives and process improvements for all fulfillment center activities.
•Ensure safety measures and warehouse rules are known and followed by all employees.
•Take accountability for core and support activities and propose action plans when results are not met.
•Complete other related tasks as needed.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 25 hourly

Key Requirements

•2+ years of experience in a fulfillment center/FC setting.
•Ability to work physically for extended periods and lift up to 49 lbs (22 kg) in variable temperatures.
•Valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle (no public transportation to the location).
•Attention to detail and the ability to follow multi-step processes.
•High school diploma or equivalent.
