  • •Negotiate land purchase, lease, and option agreements with landowners, developers, and utilities aligned or out of alignment with the company’s timeline.

  • •Negotiate purchase, lease, and option agreements directly with landowners, developers, and utilities.
  • •Read and interpret interconnection queue information, utility capacity maps, or substation studies to assess power feasibility and timing.
  • •Run end-to-end land diligence across title, zoning, environmental factors, and the power path, catching issues before they derail the deal after signing.
