Manage the physical and digital archives of HTH textiles, ensuring loan requests are handled according to the company’s valuation policy. Key Responsibilities

•Interpret documentation-selection requests and search for matching archive documents using HTH’s archives management software
•Share selections with internal stakeholders and prepare image files with watermark as required
•Manage archive loans end-to-end: pick documents, record outputs in a régie table, prepare loan convention for signature, and ship selections upon receipt of signed agreements
•Contribute to conservation and enrichment policies: manage loan returns (follow-ups, receiving returned documents, controls/recording, reintegration with classification rules)
•Digitize and process new incoming collections: scan/number new collections, import views into the document management system, and index them in AJARIS

Key Requirements

•Bac +2 level with at least 3 years of experience in a similar role
•Ability to interpret documentation-selection requests (moodboards, research axes) from internal creative teams and external clients’ artistic directions
•Proficiency with office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
•Experience using or working with a document management system (archives management software) and ability to index/import views
•Rigor in archive management, strong communication and responsiveness to business needs
