Key Responsibilities

  • •Own and manage general ledger accounting in NetSuite across multiple international entities, including oversight of key balance sheet accounts (cash, intercompany, accruals, payroll, taxes).
  • •Lead and execute the monthly close process, including journal entries, reconciliations, variance analysis, and financial consolidations.
  • •Oversee intercompany accounting activities, including billing, settlements, eliminations, and funding across entities.
  • •Manage multi-currency accounting and ensure compliance with US GAAP, including foreign currency remeasurement and translation.
  • •Support financial reporting and global tax compliance, partnering with external advisors on income tax, VAT/GST, and statutory filings.

Key Requirements

  • •4+ years of accounting or audit experience, ideally within SaaS or usage-based revenue environments
  • •Strong knowledge of US GAAP, including hands-on experience with ASC 740
  • •Experience with US federal/state taxes and exposure to international tax frameworks (VAT/GST and foreign corporate taxes)
  • •Proficient in accounting systems (NetSuite, QuickBooks) and productivity tools (Microsoft Office, Google Workspace)
