Key Responsibilities

  • •Design, develop, and build full-custom and compiler-based SRAMs, ROMs, custom memories, and caches for Intel CPUs and SoCs.
  • •Lead memory circuit readiness, characterization, simulations, and critical-path analysis.

Key Requirements

  • •6+ years of experience with a bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a STEM-related field; or 5+ years with a master’s; or 2+ years with a PhD.
  • •Proficiency in CMOS circuit design, digital logic optimizations, and circuit trade-offs for power, performance, and area.
  • •Expertise in VLSI circuits and design methodologies.
