Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage DevOps and Infrastructure teams to support Smartcat development, deployment, and operations.
  • •Ensure staging and production availability and reliability, including 99.9% staging uptime and near-perfect product uptime with disaster recovery.
  • •Enforce SRE and DevOps best practices and implement resilient systems and procedures.
  • •Maintain CI/CD quality through rigorous testing and reviews to prevent release errors and accelerate pipeline lead time.
  • •Strengthen hiring, provide technical guidance and coaching, and support career development for team members across regions and time zones.

Key Requirements

  • •3+ years leading a team in a fast-growing multinational IT business.
  • •5+ years in DevOps and SRE, maintaining high-RPS distributed products.
  • •Hands-on DevOps leadership building complex CI/CD pipelines, implementing IaC, and driving deployment strategies.
  • •Experience implementing secure development environments.
  • •Practical experience developing and operating large scalable cloud applications (AWS, Azure, GCP).
