Key Responsibilities

  • •Serve as the primary technical advisor for airline customers and MRO facilities supporting the global PW2000 and PW4000 engine fleet.
  • •Lead complex engine event investigations, perform root cause analyses, and develop technical solutions to improve reliability, safety, and operational performance.
  • •Partner with cross-functional engineering, Product Safety, Certification & Validation, and airframer teams to resolve technical issues, support modifications, and maintain continued airworthiness.
  • •Develop and review Engineering Authorizations (EAs), Special Instructions, and maintenance documentation while contributing to updates for manuals and technical publications.
  • •Provide timely technical support for Aircraft-On-Ground (AOG) events and identify recurring fleet trends to recommend process and product improvements.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Aerospace Engineering or Mechanical Engineering and 8 years of aerospace engineering experience, or an advanced degree with 5 years of aerospace engineering experience.
  • •Provide technical support to airline customers or MRO organizations.
