Key Responsibilities

  • •Define and optimize the memory subsystem architecture for the SoC, including interfaces, bandwidth, and latency targets.
  • •Collaborate with RTL/HDL teams and memory IP vendors to ensure successful integration of memory subsystems.
  • •Work with cross-functional teams to balance performance, power, and area constraints in memory designs.
  • •Provide architectural guidance and review memory subsystem choices against product requirements and schedules.
  • •Document architecture decisions and communicate plans to stakeholders across hardware and software teams.

Key Requirements

  • •Experience as an SoC memory subsystem architect or in memory subsystem design.
  • •Strong knowledge of memory interfaces (e.g., DDR, LPDDR, HBM) and memory controller concepts.
  • •Ability to collaborate with RTL/HDL teams and memory IP vendors to integrate memory subsystems.
  • •Analytical problem-solving skills with an emphasis on performance, power, and area trade-offs.
  • •Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
