Key Responsibilities

•Define and optimize the memory subsystem architecture for the SoC, including interfaces, bandwidth, and latency targets.
•Collaborate with RTL/HDL teams and memory IP vendors to ensure successful integration of memory subsystems.
•Work with cross-functional teams to balance performance, power, and area constraints in memory designs.
•Provide architectural guidance and review memory subsystem choices against product requirements and schedules.
•Document architecture decisions and communicate plans to stakeholders across hardware and software teams.

Key Requirements

•Experience as an SoC memory subsystem architect or in memory subsystem design.
•Strong knowledge of memory interfaces (e.g., DDR, LPDDR, HBM) and memory controller concepts.
•Ability to collaborate with RTL/HDL teams and memory IP vendors to integrate memory subsystems.
•Analytical problem-solving skills with an emphasis on performance, power, and area trade-offs.
•Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
