Executive Manager - Business Banking Risk and Control

Lead and enhance the Business Banking risk and control framework across Retail Banking, providing governance, oversight, and control management to keep operational, regulatory, conduct, financial crime, and portfolio risks within the bank’s approved risk appetite. Drive first-line risk governance, monitor portfolio quality and emerging risks, oversee control testing and self-assessments, and manage compliance and financial crime risk activities while ensuring effective remediation and reporting.
