Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage multiple Civil OSP design projects from initiation through final delivery, including schedules, production plans, milestones, and performance monitoring.
  • •Establish and administer QA/QC procedures and manage quality review workflows across engineering and production teams.
  • •Conduct technical reviews of design packages for conduit systems, duct banks, handholes, manholes, utility crossings, and roadway crossings; verify compliance with standards and permitting requirements.
  • •Oversee design production activities across projects and geographies, balancing workload, forecasting resources, and ensuring progress through production gates.
  • •Lead client and stakeholder coordination, including status meetings, risk/quality reporting, and resolution of review comments and change management support.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Engineering Technology, Construction Management, Telecommunications, or a related discipline plus 2 years of relevant experience (or demonstrated equivalency).
  • •Proven experience managing underground telecommunications infrastructure, design delivery, and project delivery controls.
  • •Proficiency with Autodesk Civil 3D and experience using it to support design review and QA/QC verification.
  • •Experience leading multidisciplinary teams through design development, review, and construction support while maintaining schedule, budget, and quality accountability.
  • •Knowledge of QA/QC processes and engineering review procedures, including compliance with client design standards and permitting requirements.
