Job Summary

Lead and scale a rental-branch operation in Detroit by building and developing a high-performance team, overseeing P&L, branch metrics, and safety programs. You’ll drive revenue opportunities, monitor utilization and customer satisfaction, and communicate across leadership to ensure operational excellence as EquipmentShare expands its T3 technology-enabled platform across markets.

Key Responsibilities

•Build an awesome team by hiring and developing amazing people. Conduct reviews and performance evaluations as necessary to produce positive results. Train employees and help them improve their skills.
•Manage operations to maximize the financial success of the branch. Conduct monthly profit and loss reviews to understand the business and business trends, identify areas for improvement and future revenue opportunities.
•Monitor metrics including, but not limited to: equipment utilization; underperforming assets; warranty recovery; billed mechanical hours; aged receivables and customer satisfaction.
•Effectively communicate information to your team and management.
•Establish reasonable and measurable goals with well defined expectations for team members.
