Relationship Officer - Private Banking (Abu Dhabi, AE)

Support Private Banking client service by providing front-end and account management support, maintaining relevant MIS and reporting, and helping Relationship Managers handle day-to-day operational activities. Monitor service indicators for customer queries and complaints resolution within turnaround times. Cooperate with internal audit and risk management, follow organizational policies and standard procedures, and deliver ADCB service standards in all internal and external customer interactions.
