Key Responsibilities

  • •Own day-to-day performance, uptime, and reliability for all MHE/PIT assets and ensure they support DC throughput, productivity, and service levels.
  • •Monitor and manage MHE/PIT KPIs (uptime, downtime, cost per unit, maintenance intervals, and safety incidents), leading root-cause analysis and corrective actions.
  • •Oversee preventive and corrective maintenance strategies, including spare parts planning/inventory, lifecycle upgrades/replacements, and continuous improvement in maintenance maturity and asset reliability.
  • •Manage external partners/vendors to ensure service-level governance, operating rhythm, audits/performance reviews, and coordinated schedules for maintenance and system upgrades.
  • •Develop and manage maintenance budgets (CAPEX/OPEX), track spend and forecasts, identify cost savings, manage invoices, and ensure safety/compliance with HSE standards.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in engineering, supply chain, operations, or a related field (or equivalent technical experience).
  • •Minimum 7 years of experience in distribution center, manufacturing, or logistics operations focused on MHE/PIT.
  • •Hands-on experience managing or supporting MHE/PIT systems in high-volume environments.
  • •Experience working with MHE/PIT and automation providers (e.g., KNAPP, Honeywell, or similar).
  • •Proven experience managing vendors/contracts and leading projects or initiatives for operations/process improvement.
