Job Summary

Market Development Representative for ASEAN, working with Sales and Marketing to qualify inbound/outbound leads, run targeted campaigns in APAC, and nurture prospects through the early stages of digital transformation initiatives. You’ll engage with customers to understand their cloud and application development strategies, collaborate across APAC teams, and help build a qualified pipeline and bookings while staying ahead of industry trends.

Key Responsibilities

•Receive and qualify inbound leads related to your technology area and generate qualified opportunities for Sellers, including outbound cold calls
•Collaborate with APAC Marketing and Sales teams to run targeted outbound campaigns
•Nurture prospective customers with value-added contact to progress initiatives and learn about the technology area through regular participation in sales and forecast meetings
•Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitive landscape
•Plan daily/weekly activities to achieve quarterly qualified pipeline generation and bookings targets
•Maintain accurate and updated activity, lead, and pipeline records; provide regular forecast reports to management

Key Requirements

•3-5 years of customer-facing or remote-selling experience; outbound sales development experience is a plus
•Bachelor's degree or a technical degree
•Excellent written and verbal communication skills
•Ability to hold engaging conversations and convey the company's technology vision in a compelling way
•Knowledge of buying cycles in IT organizations and comfort with changing technology initiatives
