Key Responsibilities

•Design and implement secure, scalable solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Salesforce Flow, and platform configuration tools.
•Translate business requirements into technical specifications and solution designs leveraging the Salesforce platform.
•Build and maintain Salesforce integrations with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs, middleware, and event-driven patterns.
•Develop and deploy serverless solutions on AWS (e.g., Lambda) to extend Salesforce capabilities and implement Python-based intelligent automation and AI agents/workflows using LangChain/LangGraph and Amazon Bedrock.
•Own the delivery lifecycle from discovery to deployment, including testing (unit/integration/functional/automation), production support, and mentoring engineers.

Key Requirements

•5+ years of hands-on Salesforce development using Apex, Process Automation tools, and Lightning Web Components.
•7+ years of software development experience using Java, Python, or JavaScript.
•Experience with Salesforce products including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and Communities with solid best practices and declarative frameworks.
•Strong Python development for automation, integrations, and AI/ML workflows.
•Experience designing cloud-native solutions on AWS (e.g., Lambda and serverless architectures) and using generative AI/LLM frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, or Amazon Bedrock.
