Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide technical support to customers in a data center environment, including break-fix support for new rack deployments.
  • •Support incident management for sustain operations and perform data center project activities as directed by customers.
  • •Configure and maintain network devices and servers, including tasks like power cycles, patch management, and cabling.
  • •Assist with generating periodic customer reports and participate in failure analysis as directed by the customer engineering team.
  • •Provide logistical support for asset management and floor plan audits, and give timely feedback on service issues affecting SLAs.

Key Requirements

  • •Degree in a computer-related field; Bachelor’s preferred or 3+ years of equivalent experience in related disciplines.
  • •Exceptional server hardware knowledge and deep understanding of component/system failures, with RCA/failure analysis experience.
  • •Experience using SW and FW tools across various server OEMs.
  • •Familiarity with Linux and Windows scripting; working knowledge of Windows Server OS and WinPE administration.
  • •Preferred: CompTIA A+ and CompTIA Server+ (MCP/MCSE is a plus).
