Litigation - Associate General Counsel

Join the General Counsel office as a litigation attorney focused on securities and commodities disputes for broker-dealers. You will represent the firm in arbitration and other adversarial proceedings, coordinate with outside counsel, advise employees on pre-litigation issues, and draft legal materials. The role also includes investigating IBKR trading platform issues—trade execution, anti-fraud measures, and cybersecurity—and delivering clear oral and written guidance.
