Key Responsibilities

•Conduct stakeholder research across the GTM motion and translate findings into a prioritized backlog with impact and feasibility scoring.
•Build and refine AI agents for areas of the revenue lifecycle, contributing to system architecture, retrieval logic, and output calibration.
•Stay embedded in regional operating rhythms (pipeline reviews, deal cycles, QBRs, renewal planning, account strategy) to keep builders close to the customer motion.
•Own system reliability and quality: monitor adoption, diagnose output failures, and continuously tune/iterate without handing off to another team.
•Partner with Growth Engineering, PMM, Solutions Consulting, Pricing, Customer Success, and leadership to ensure systems are grounded in cross-functional context and adopted by users.

Salary: USD 111,000 - 166,000 annually

Key Requirements

•6+ years of professional experience in a GTM role with direct involvement in the commercial motion (e.g., Solutions Consulting, Account Executive, sales leadership, GTM strategy) in a B2B SaaS environment.
•Hands-on experience building AI-powered tools, agents, automations, or workflows that changed real work processes with concrete examples.
•Technical fluency to engage on integration architecture and contribute to prompt design, retrieval logic, and data workflows (e.g., Python, APIs, integrations).
•Strong understanding of enterprise sales workflows, deal stages, and daily operating reality for AEs, SCs, BDRs, sales leadership, and CS/business value teams.
•Strong field credibility with experience in executive-level customer engagement and a track record from problem identification through field adoption.
