Job Summary

Support day-to-day operations at a new Lucid service center in Dallas by delivering a world-class customer experience. Assist with vehicle drives such as drop-off/pick-up and loaner handling, runs to the body shop, and test charging at Electrify America stations. Coordinate internal vehicle moves (Lyft), help prepare carriers for pre-delivery inspection, assist technicians with basic repairs, and complete duties like parts delivery, vehicle washing, and staging.

Key Responsibilities

•Provide a world-class customer experience to internal and external Lucid clients.
•Transport vehicles (customer vehicles and/or loaners), run to the body shop, and perform test charging at Electrify America charge stations.
•Arrange Lyft rides for internal vehicle moves as requested.
•Assist with pre-delivery inspection (PDI) carrier preparation and vehicle hand-over, including check-in process when needed.
•Assist technicians with basic repairs and support the service department with tasks such as moving and staging vehicles, delivering parts, washing vehicles, and other assigned duties.

•Be 18 years of age or older.

•Work in a fast-paced environment: multitask, stand and walk for extended periods, and be willing to work full-time including weekends or extended hours during busy periods.
