Key Responsibilities

  • •Assist the Lead Document Management lead in completing day-to-day project activities.
  • •Track, log, and distribute releases of internal and external documentation, including metadata.
  • •Archive project records and index/distribute project documents accurately and timely.
  • •Read and implement project-specific information management procedures and work instructions.
  • •Identify information management issues or areas for improvement and report them through the reporting line.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in any stream or equivalent diploma (preferably Computer Science).
  • •3+ years Document Management experience with a major contractor or consultant.
  • •Good knowledge of Electronic Database Management System (EDMS) software, MS Office, and Adobe.
  • •Experience using EDMS and MS Office.
  • •Hands-on experience in EPC project execution in the Oil and Gas contracting industry (including multi-office project execution, MOPEX).
