Job Summary

Lead Dow’s global MobilityScience™ growth agenda as an enterprise executive. Translate disruption in electrification, battery systems, power electronics, lightweighting, automation, and sustainable materials into scalable commercial opportunities. Own the MobilityScience™ growth platform strategy, roadmap, operating model, and execution cadence, govern a high-value innovation pipeline, and activate strategic customer and value-chain engagement across regions and OEM partners.

Key Responsibilities

•Set and lead the global MobilityScience™ growth strategy with accountability for >$1B growth.
•Build and scale the MobilityScience™ growth platform by identifying priority applications, value pools, market opportunities, and strategic bets.
•Accelerate innovation commercialization with R&D, business, regions, and customers using milestone governance and measurable outcomes.
•Define and activate global brand owner and strategic customer engagement plans with OEMs, tiers, and value-chain partners.
•Identify, evaluate, and execute strategic investments and guide regional/business teams in executing high-impact growth initiatives.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Business, Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Materials Science, or Physics.
•10+ years of progressive experience in the Automotive industry.
•Experience leading and executing enterprise-level or business-segment strategic initiatives with measurable outcomes.
•Experience leading globally distributed teams and driving alignment across regions and cultures.
•Fluent English and legally eligible for employment in China.
