Key Responsibilities

  • •Serve as a trusted technical advisor, leading strategy, design, and implementation of data center and networking solutions that accelerate business outcomes.
  • •Own end-to-end delivery of high-impact engagements, translating customer requirements into scalable architectures and influencing technology transitions.
  • •Partner with Cisco account teams, partners, and cross-functional collaborators to align solution designs with customer goals across pre-sales and delivery.
  • •Resolve sophisticated technical issues as the primary escalation point across a broad range of Cisco technologies.
  • •Develop and contribute digital intellectual capital, repeatable delivery frameworks, and knowledge-sharing practices for the consulting practice.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent with 8–12 years of relevant experience in customer-facing technical consulting, pre-sales, and/or service delivery roles.
  • •Deep knowledge of L2/L3 networking protocols and technologies (vPC, STP, HSRP, OSPF, EIGRP, BGP) with strong hands-on Nexus 2K/5K/7K/9K platform experience.
  • •Lead technology design, implementation, execution, and/or optimization for projects/accounts to accelerate customer outcomes.
  • •Design and deploy data center solutions including traditional DC Nexus design and Cisco VXLAN and Cisco ACI Fabric solutions (ACI MultiPod/Multisite/Remote Leaf).
  • •Hold an active Data Center certification such as CCIE or CCNP (or equivalent vendor certification, e.g., VCP).
