Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide end-to-end project controls service delivery for large, complex, and mega infrastructure projects.
  • •Monitor and apply performance management techniques, using KPI’s to improve project performance.
  • •Lead and manage multiple project controls functions including risk management, schedule management, cost management, and scope and change.
  • •Act as the key day-to-day interface for the project team, ensuring client objectives are met within time and cost targets and required quality standards.
  • •Support technical services delivery by contributing to the centre of expertise in developing and implementing the PMO project controls service.

Key Requirements

  • •Relevant technical degree and management qualifications.
  • •Professional experience undertaking project control roles for the development and/or delivery of construction projects.
  • •Experience working within planning and scheduling and cost management.
  • •Experience in risk management, change control information management, and reporting within complex projects (including integration).
  • •Ability to manage and mentor a team of specialists in project controls, supporting training and development for junior staff.
