Key Responsibilities

  • •Translate the program outline into a week-by-week curriculum, including session formats, Suno skills/tools coverage, and contest design for off weeks.
  • •Build and manage the guest speaker pipeline (identify, pitch, confirm, and prep breakout-creator speakers and mentors) and set up program infrastructure (community channel, calendar, tech setup, application intake and tracking).
  • •Support outreach and sourcing, manage the invite list and application pipeline, and run logistics for the selection process (Sept 7–18).
  • •Run the program end-to-end through Dec 11 with biweekly scheduling, speaker coordination, session production, follow-ups, and day-to-day member onboarding, questions, nudges, and community management.
  • •Run monthly creative contests and creator spotlights, track program health and member sentiment, then produce graduation and a December retro/playbook for cohort 2.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 58 - 81 hourly

Key Requirements

  • •3+ years running cohort-based programs, creator/community programs, accelerators, fellowships, or high-touch event series (ideally built from scratch).
  • •Understanding of the creator economy for nano/micro creators and the motivations around growth, money, brands, and community.
  • •Strong program operations skills: calendars, run-of-shows, trackers, follow-ups, and attention to details (e.g., meeting links, logistics).
  • •Hospitality-minded experience design—creating belonging and proactively serving member needs.
  • •Ability to work autonomously in ambiguity by creating structure with clear guardrails; communicative, independent, and reliable.
