Maintenance Asset Health Controller

Monitor and analyse real-time machine condition data from the dispatch centre at the Dawson Mine to support preventative maintenance. Diagnose emerging electrical and mechanical faults, guide field operators with actionable recommendations, and partner with Dispatch Mine Controllers, Reliability Engineers, and maintenance personnel to prioritise issues. Drive initiatives to reduce component failures and recurring faults, adjust maintenance schedules, and document work to continuously improve fleet maintenance processes.
