Lead a structured onboarding program and rotations across Operations, Sales & Service, Lending, Small Business, Preferred, and Sales/Operations Management to prepare for a Financial Center Manager placement. Develop deep consumer and small-business relationships through consultative selling, Financial Needs Assessments, and an integrated book-of-business strategy. Coach and lead a team, model ethical conduct, support a One Bank culture, and participate in community activities.

Key Responsibilities

•Complete the FCMA onboarding roadmap and all program activities, including Consultative Selling Skills Certification.
•Deepen consumer and small-business customer relationships by delivering a memorable customer experience.
•Maintain working knowledge of company products, services, processes, and internal resources to guide and lead the team.
•Use consultative sales to identify customers’ financial needs and recommend appropriate solutions.
•Source, develop, coach, and lead a team while reinforcing core values, ethics, and community involvement.

Key Requirements

•College degree or two (2) or more years of leadership experience in a sales environment.
•Ability to professionally represent the bank in verbal and written communication.
•Capable of analyzing credit and financial information.
•Ability to execute and coach sales activities.
•S.A.F.E. Act registration through the Nationwide Mortgage Licensing System (NMLS) at time of employment.
