Key Responsibilities

  • •Act as client-side Project Manager for a Build-to-Lease procurement model, overseeing the full development lifecycle.
  • •Provide overall leadership and governance across design, procurement, construction, commissioning, and handover.
  • •Manage pre-contract activities including feasibility support, scope definition, programme development, cost planning, and risk management.
  • •Oversee post-contract administration such as contractor performance, change control, payment certification, claims management, and schedule control.
  • •Provide technical oversight for MEP systems for aviation and turbine MRO facilities, supporting commissioning, testing, and operations readiness, and report progress on cost, schedule, risk, and quality.

Key Requirements

  • •At least 5 years of experience in project management and managing complex industrial, aviation, or technically intensive facilities.
  • •Proven background in MRO projects, preferably similar to large-scale OEM or turbine MRO facilities.
  • •Experience across both pre-contract and post-contract project management phases.
  • •Client-side or client-representative experience overseeing developers and third-party contractors.
  • •Solid understanding of MEP systems in mission-critical or industrial environments.
