Key Responsibilities

  • •Handle and review the Group’s legal activities, including drafting/reviewing contracts, agreements, regulations, and other legal documents.
  • •Identify and address potential legal issues and risks related to current activities, operations, strategic initiatives, and litigation management.
  • •Ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulatory requirements and monitor contracts to avoid governmental fines and penalties.
  • •Serve as point of contact with the Contracts team by providing legal review and comments on new and updated contracts within the Group.
  • •Provide legal support and advice to business teams and HR on employment matters, including drafting employment contracts and related documentation.

Key Requirements

  • •Qualified lawyer with a Bachelor degree in Law.
  • •Minimum of six (6) years post-qualification experience in legal work.
  • •Experience handling and reviewing legal activities, including drafting and reviewing contracts and legal documents.
  • •Ability to identify and address potential legal issues and risks across current activities, operations, strategic initiatives, and litigation management.
  • •Ability to advise management and departments on legal matters including commercial law, civil aviation law, employment law, regulatory matters, and litigation.
