Key Responsibilities

  • •Design, build, test, and support internal and external Workday integrations.
  • •Act as a technical point of contact for projects, including solution design, technical documentation, implementation, and production support.
  • •Integrate Workday HCM with third-party global payroll and benefit providers while configuring business processes and security.
  • •Develop custom reports, dashboards, and calculated fields in Workday (including BIRT development).
  • •Collaborate on system integration initiatives and maintain reliable, fault-tolerant interfaces between Workday and vendor systems.

Key Requirements

  • •6+ years of software development experience.
  • •4+ years developing Workday inbound and outbound integrations.
  • •4+ years building Workday custom reports, dashboards, and calculated fields.
  • •4+ years developing Workday EIBs, Core Connectors, RaaS, and Web Services, plus experience with Workday Studio.
  • •Strong skills in XML, XSD, and XSLT transformations, with experience monitoring Workday interfaces and knowledge of Workday HCM modules.
