Key Responsibilities

  • •Contribute to the product vision and strategy for our European transactions, invoicing, and pricing solutions, ensuring alignment with business objectives
  • •Design and manage the Tribe’s product roadmap, owning the full product lifecycle from ideation to release and iteration
  • •Collaborate effectively with internal stakeholders (Engineering, Finance, Customer Excellence, Sales) to deliver high-quality, cost-efficient product solutions
  • •Conduct market and user research to identify opportunities, prioritize features, and ensure products meet user and customer needs
  • •Monitor results through data analysis and user feedback, communicate milestones across the organization, and foster collaboration within the cross-European product organization

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or Information Technology with proven product management experience in innovative, tech-driven environments
  • •Strong proficiency in agile product management, product strategy, prioritization, go-to-market practices, and tools such as Atlassian Suite, Figma, Jira, and Confluence
  • •Demonstrated ability to manage products across the lifecycle with strategic thinking, product discovery, design, and replatforming experience
  • •Excellent communication, collaboration, and leadership skills, with a positive, hands-on mindset and readiness for transformation
