Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide exceptional measurement capability for building and MEP works to improve accuracy, efficiency, and project outcomes.
  • •Develop competitive, commercially astute estimates using market prices and detailed understanding of building/MEP works pricing.
  • •Produce detailed Bills of Quantities to support successful project delivery and client satisfaction.
  • •Manage post-contract cost variances, lead change control, and process interim applications with precision to keep projects on track financially.
  • •Collaborate with commission leads and interface with clients, contractors, and consultants to deliver timely reports and drive informed decision-making.

Key Requirements

  • •Degree qualified in Quantity Surveying or similar.
  • •Minimum 5 years’ experience in similar cost management roles, including real estate/property and often data centre projects.
  • •Strong pre-contract experience: feasibility through tendering, measurement and pricing of building and MEP works, and preparation of Bills of Quantities.
  • •Strong post-contract experience: interim applications, change management processes, and variation valuation.
  • •FIDIC contract knowledge is preferred; professional approach and confidence working with contractors’ personnel; MRICS is an advantage.
