  • •Drive cross-functional collaboration with Product, Design, and QA to deliver critical engineering initiatives.
  • •Champion engineering best practices and contribute to technical designs, proposals, and long-term architectural decisions.
  • •Improve test coverage and CI/CD strategies, create technical documentation, and mentor Staff/Senior engineers to raise the engineering bar across teams.
