Key Responsibilities

  • •Maintain acceptable work quality and minimize rework by using available resources effectively.
  • •Monitor and control use of the latest valid drawings and coordinate activities as built for major elements.
  • •Ensure work is completed based on approved shop drawings, method statements, and Behavior-Based Safety (BBS), on or before scheduled dates.
  • •Supervise labor, materials, equipment movement, and distribution to keep project costs and activity costs within budget.
  • •Ensure strict compliance with safety procedures, report risks to the site engineer, and support HSE initiatives including incident reporting and resolution.

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum 5 years working experience with 3 years relevant experience in construction site work.
  • •Knowledge of project construction scope and objectives.
  • •Knowledge of project safety programs and occupational health and safety/environmental policies and procedures.
  • •ERP knowledge, preferably SAP functional skills, to succeed in the role.
  • •Demonstrate leadership to maintain quality, reduce rework, and ensure worker compliance with safety procedures during work hours.
