Key Responsibilities

•Lead the delivery of Digital Advisory services across a range of projects, ensuring high-quality outcomes aligned with client goals
•Serve as a technical advisor to clients, guiding the integration of smart building technologies, digital infrastructure, and data-driven solutions
•Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver integrated building systems solutions, including OT/IT convergence and systems interoperability
•Develop and oversee technical deliverables such as system architectures, integration strategies, and digital frameworks
•Mentor and provide guidance to team members, contributing to overall technical capability and delivery excellence

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 134,700 - 200,100 annually

Key Requirements

•10+ years of experience in Building Technology Systems and Facility Control Systems integration, with smart building industry exposure
•Advanced degree in Building Systems Engineering or a related field
•Industry-recognized network certifications (e.g., CCNP, CCDP, JNCIA, CISSP) or ability to pursue within six months
•Experience with HVAC design, energy modeling, energy code compliance for commercial buildings, LEED/EGC certification, and onsite energy auditing
•Strong knowledge of digital communication technologies and protocols, including WAN/LAN, TCP/IP, cybersecurity, and cloud-hosted multi-tier applications
