Key Responsibilities

•Coordinate and synchronize release train management, deployment schedules, and continuous software delivery workflows across multiple product teams.
•Facilitate alignment between prioritized mission needs (product owners) and engineering execution to accelerate delivery velocity while preserving quality.
•Track and monitor project milestones for technical modernization, application refactoring, and technical debt reduction.
•Maintain and organize project documentation, release plans, performance metrics, and standard operating procedures for the branch.
•Manage communication and coordination in a vendor-heavy environment, acting as an operational bridge while ensuring adherence to federal security standards and DISA STIGs.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 65,000 - 83,000 annually

Key Requirements

•6 years of experience (or commensurate) coordinating release schedules, coordination logs, and operational workflows for multi-disciplinary software product teams.
•Operational understanding of Agile methodologies, modern software delivery models, and managing complex product backlogs.
•Experience facilitating collaboration, tracking deliverables, and maintaining continuity across large-scale, vendor-heavy programs.
•Proficiency using Jira, Azure DevOps, or ServiceNow to track project milestones, release trains, and engineering velocity.
•Foundational understanding of SDLC, technical debt, and configuration management baselines.
