Key Responsibilities

  • •Take extreme ownership of production planning from late-stage prototypes through mass-production ramp.
  • •Design high-throughput manufacturing systems to achieve world-class first-pass-yield at target cycle times.
  • •Drive product design optimization using first-principles DFM/A, including part count/complexity reduction and poka-yoke implementation.
  • •Develop and execute manufacturing launch schedules, lead cross-functional Make vs. Buy studies with supply chain, and run Manufacturing Virtual-Build events.
  • •Support manufacturing execution by defining the manufacturing system (MBoM/BoP/BoE) and coordinating automation deployment, vendor FAT/SAT, and quality gates with MES; drive quality using SPC/PFMEA/8D.

Key Requirements
