Night Shift Build Operations Manager

Supervise night-shift production and operation activities supporting manufacturing of capital equipment and electronic/mechanical components, including assembly, inspection, testing, and final test. Own production scheduling based on manpower, equipment efficiency, capacity, and materials; drive cycle-time and quality metrics; run milestone meetings and operational reviews. Ensure safety compliance (EHS training and accident prevention), lead performance management and hiring, and implement Lean, Safety, and Quality improvements while responding to operational issues affecting customer satisfaction.
