Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop and maintain test flows for LPDDR products to improve yield and quality throughout NPI and HVM phases.
  • •Perform failure analysis using data mining, tester analysis, and silicon characterization.
  • •Drive and implement root cause fixes in collaboration with circuit design and fab process teams.
  • •Validate circuit functionality and electrical performance across different operating conditions.
  • •Support NPI activities including bringup, characterization, and cross-site handover.

Key Requirements

  • •Experience with EFA, PFA, process, wafer-level testing, burn-in, and test program development.
  • •Understanding of semiconductor devices and DRAM fundamentals, including IC build and semiconductor devices.
  • •Data-driven problem-solving skills to analyze yield, reliability, and test data.
  • •Basic programming capability and experience with test data analysis automation or scripting (highly desirable).
  • •Ability to work effectively in cross-functional and global teams; familiarity with LPDDR architecture and JEDEC specifications is a strong plus.
