•Establish a high-performance selling environment and exceed shopper expectations through memorable in-store experiences.
•Drive sales and performance by embracing commercial targets and KPI expectations, providing real-time feedback and guidance.
•Implement visual merchandising directives and efficient operational processes, and partner to address performance issues and policy violations.

•Knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 Suite, KWI, POS systems, and applicant tracking systems.
