Key Responsibilities

•Design complex manufacturing methods, sequences, and assembly processes.
•Build capacity models, factory layouts, and cost estimates; develop manufacturing strategy and tooling recommendations for new products.
•Lead multiple cross-functional project teams through development stages and govern technical quality and compliance of deliverables.
•Track manufacturing performance metrics, evaluate designs to improve product quality, and reduce failure risks.
•Solve complex production defects and process issues; integrate new manufacturing technologies and drive continuous improvement.

Key Requirements

•Graduate degree in manufacturing engineering, mechanical engineering, material engineering, or chemical engineering.
•5-10 years of work experience in process engineering and manufacturing (or related).
•Ability to design complex manufacturing methods, sequences, and assembly processes.
•Experience developing operating procedures, safety protocols, and equipment maintenance plans.
•Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to address production defects and process issues.
