MFLC Assignment Ready Counselor

Provide non-medical, solution-focused counseling to adults, children, and youth of service members in short-term, surge, and on-demand assignments at military installations. Deliver brief counseling, assessment, consultation, referrals, follow-up, and parent training, and support CDCs, DoDEA/community schools, youth programs, and summer camps. Build rapport with clients and installation points of contact, maintain confidentiality, enter daily activity data through phone/web tools, and respond to urgent needs with minimal oversight.
