•Own the COB product end-to-end: strategy, roadmap, execution, go-to-market, and financial performance
•Define and drive the product vision for AI-native COB — transforming overlap detection, primacy determination, member outreach, and claims recovery
•Translate customer needs and market opportunities into requirements for Design, Engineering, and Data Science
•Partner with operations teams (analysts, investigators) to ensure product-market fit and operational viability at scale
•Work closely with Design to create impactful interfaces and workflows that drive analyst productivity and client outcomes
