Key Responsibilities

  • •Scout and apply frontier research in AI and emerging system designs via prototypes and POCs.
  • •Design and build rapid AI prototypes and MVPs in short exploration cycles.
  • •Translate user, customer, and product problems into technically feasible AI solution concepts.
  • •Implement end-to-end AI capabilities across SAP apps and backend services, including data pipelines, APIs, and user-facing applications.
  • •Define and execute evaluation and testing for functional quality, model/agent behavior, latency, cost, reliability, privacy, and security.

Key Requirements

  • •Several years of hands-on experience building cloud-native software, AI applications, or data-intensive systems.
  • •Strong development skills in Python, TypeScript, and Node.js.
  • •Practical experience with applied AI such as LLM applications, RAG, and agent frameworks.
  • •Experience designing and implementing APIs, services, integrations, and containerized applications.
  • •Ability to debug and improve systems across application code, model behavior, data flows, integrations, logs, and runtime environments.
