Staff Product Manager, Enterprise Resource Management

Lead the reinvention of Resource Management, transitioning it from reactive tracking to a proactive, agentic enterprise platform. Own product strategy and roadmap across capacity planning, skills-based staffing, time tracking, utilization reporting, and AI Teammates that monitor utilization in real time and flag staffing risk. Define the standalone commercial opportunity, manage the Enterprise Client Management tier, and partner with Product Design, Engineering, Data Science, and Product Marketing to build and ship scalable solutions.
